1:1 Personalized Health Coaching

Seeking long-term accountability and support to meet your health and wellness goals. This 3-month health coaching plan includes:

What are examples of health goals?

At Nourish Nexus, we love using the IIN Circle of Life as a guide for self-discovery and growth. This framework includes 12 core elements of well-being from nutrition, movement, and rest, to emotional health, relationships, purpose, and more.

While finding balance among these areas of health is ideal, typically satisfaction within these areas will naturally ebb and flow throughout life. Clients will usually create a health goal around an area they find to be the most challenging at the moment.

What are appropriate topics for health coaching?

We honor each person's unique body wisdom and wellness journey because what works beautifully for one may not be what nourishes another. Any challenge that feels like it’s getting in the way of your well-being is a meaningful place to begin. Whether it’s physical, emotional, relational, or lifestyle-related, if it matters to your health, it’s a welcome and worthy topic for coaching.
